Greetings. This blog is a place for information and news updates on topics related to neo-institutional or “world polity” theory and research. In particular, scholars in this community use similar kinds of cross-national and global data, which we can discuss here.
The page is developed in conjunction with the Irvine Comparative Sociology Workshop, organized by David J. Frank, Ann Hironaka, and Evan Schofer.

I am having some difficulty finding good, current data on women in faculty positions and leadership positions in Universities in Europe (aggregate). I have been on Cordis,EURYDICE, UNESCO and more. I feel either blind or frustrated. I am also new to internet “diving” research, so perhaps I am going about it the wrong way, and wasting hours when there really is a golden touch method. Given all of your experience, could you help me here?
Thanks so much!
Magdalena
